Booking and Cancellation Policy.
New clients must attend an Initial Consultation prior to treatment.
To secure your appointment at AB Foot Clinic, we kindly ask for pre-payment. We understand that unexpected changes can happen, so if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, pre-payments are non-refundable for cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your booking.
We accept card, Apple Pay, and online bookings.
To ensure appointments run smoothly and all patients receive the best possible care, our clinic operates the following lateness policy:
Arriving Late
If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, we will do our best to see you, but your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying other patients.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to see you. In this case:
You will be charged the full appointment fee
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a missed appointment.
Missed appointments will incur a full appointment fee to cover the reserved clinical time.
Communication
If you think you may be late, please call us as soon as possible.
We will always try to accommodate you, but this may not be possible during busy clinics.
