Booking and Cancellation Policy.

  • New clients must attend an Initial Consultation prior to treatment.

  • To secure your appointment at AB Foot Clinic, we kindly ask for pre-payment. We understand that unexpected changes can happen, so if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, pre-payments are non-refundable for cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your booking.

  • We accept card, Apple Pay, and online bookings.

To ensure appointments run smoothly and all patients receive the best possible care, our clinic operates the following lateness policy:

Arriving Late

  • If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, we will do our best to see you, but your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying other patients.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to see you. In this case:

  • You will be charged the full appointment fee

Missed Appointments

  • Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a missed appointment.

  • Missed appointments will incur a full appointment fee to cover the reserved clinical time.

Communication

  • If you think you may be late, please call us as soon as possible.

  • We will always try to accommodate you, but this may not be possible during busy clinics.
